It’s a great time to be a Woman, as the United States of America         welcomes its first female Vice President.  EmPOWERing Queens'        core purpose is to support the young women of Baltimore and guide  them on their own natural and spiritual pathway to limitless greatness and success.

We strive to provide programming that helps our young queens take steps to achieve their goals and find their version of success. We facilitate meaningful approaches to training, while embracing new and exciting ways of enriching our mentees as we raise their awareness of their own POWER and worth. We are a diverse group of professional mentors, sharing experiences, challenges, wisdom and tools that our youngsters need to enhance the talent within.  We embrace young women of all races and cultures.
